We begin with a short guided meditation to align your energy field, so you are open and receptive to the Records. This creates a clear channel for the information and healing that is meant to come through.

    The Records aren’t about fortune-telling. They reveal future possibilities, patterns, and guidance to help you make empowered choices. At times, clients have found that specific insights later unfolded in real life — but the purpose of a session is transformation and alignment, not prediction.
  • What kinds of questions can I ask?
    You’ll find a full guide on what questions work best in the preparation section. In short — focus on open-ended questions about the themes that matter most (career, relationships, health, purpose, money, gifts, etc.), rather than yes/no questions.
  • Is it safe?
    Yes. The Records are always opened with a sacred prayer, along with proper energetic preparation, creating a safe and ethical space. Most clients describe feeling deeply supported and uplifted during their session.
  • What happens if I don’t believe in this?
    Skepticism is natural. The Records don’t require blind belief — just a willingness to stay open. If someone comes in resistant or only there because someone else pushed them, the session can feel blocked. But when you’re open to receiving, the Records always bring through what you most need.
  • Can I record the session?
    Yes, you’re welcome to record for personal use. Many clients find it valuable to revisit the messages and healing afterward. Just let me know at the start of the session if you’d like to record.
